Instructor, Michael Larson of Bikram, Vimana Yoga & Medical Qigong will be taking us on a journey into the foundational flow of an ancient, potent life force energy practice which literally brought him back from the dead. The Community Class is held the first Saturday of each month.   The class times are 8am and 10 am in Layton 9am and 4:30pm in Ogden.  This class is FREE to local residents who have not been to either of our studio’s before.  Class size is limited so please arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring a towel, mat, and water.   We do offer those items for sale or rent if needed.  It is not necessary to register online, but you must arrive early!

INTRODUCTION TO BEGINNER’S YOGA | Every Tuesday at 6:30pm in Layton ($10)

This warm 60 minute class is for first time yoga students who aren’t quite ready for a HOT 90 minute class. We will do one set of the traditional 26 postures from the Bishnu Gosh/Bikram series and also introduce other postures that we offer in our Vimana and Fusion classes. You will receive detailed instructions for each posture and personal attention as needed.  This is a great class for first timers and for those who want to slowly work their way up to a 90 minute hot class.
