Our 26+2 teacher training program is designed to help you expand your knowledge and experience of Ghosh yoga while empowering you as a (Yoga Alliance) certified yoga teacher. You’ll graduate ready to teach and share the healing gifts of the 26+2 Hot Yoga series. All training essentials and materials are provided.

In this training program, you’ll delve into the intricacies of the 26+2 asana sequence and master the art of delivering the 26+2 dialogue. Gain expertise in teaching through effective, safe command methods. Acquire skills in providing verbal cues and corrections to enhance students practice. Explore the anatomy relevant to yoga and the 26+2 postures, as well as delve into yoga philosophy and ethics.

Course includes daily yoga and group study sessions, live yoga teacher practice time with feedback and support for all trainees, yoga lectures, and posture mechanics with applicable modifications for common injuries covered.

Posture Clinics will include asana breakdown as well as teaching methodology.

Lecture topics include Professional Development, Anatomy, Pregnancy Series, Trauma Sensitive Yoga, Ethics, Ghosh Yoga Lineage, Yoga Philosophy, and more.

*$3,800 Early Bird-Registered and paid in full by 6/15/24

*$100.00 will be added if paying with card

SCHEDULE

Fridays: 4:30 PM-9:00 PM

Saturdays: 8:30 AM-8:15 PM

Sundays: 8:30 AM-7:00 PM

Trainees will be required to attend a minimum of (3) 26+2 classes during the week (Mon-Thurs) while in training.

Please note, this is an immersive clocked hour program; absences and tardiness are not permitted. The hours listed are contact hours that you will spend with a staff member. Students will be required to spend ample time both before and during the training studying selected text and teaching dialogue on their own. Program completion is merit-based. Payment does not guarantee completion certificate or Yoga Alliance Certification. Completion of the program does not guarantee a position teaching at a studio.

Refund Policy: 50% before 9/13/24. No refunds will be given once training has begun.
